The 13th Annual Halloween and Vine will be held on November 22nd, 2008 again at HermannSons Hall from 9 to 3pm... $5 donation at the door..
Come early ! there are large crowds..But the artwork is fabulous and worth the trip...
This year we will have about 35 guest artists.. some returning and some showing here for the very 1st time.
This is one of a kind work all handmade by the artists. We allow no reproductions or manufactured items. We try to judge very carefully and watch what we have at our show and think we have the best of the folkart and Halloween art communities......
It is a great show ...just ask anyone who has attended!!

The 12th annual HALLOWEEN & VINE was held at The Hermann Sons Hall in Petaluma, California on Saturday the 29th of September from 9am until 3pm.
The very same day there was a brand new Taste Of Petaluma charity event downtown.So people could come to the show and then buy tickets and wander around town.. tasting all kinds of food and sight seeing.
On Sunday the 30th The annual fall Antiques Fair was held in downtown Petaluma.Lots of the out of town artists and visitor stayed over to shop at close to 275 antique booths. It was a beautiful sunny day.

Petaluma is just a few miles west of Sonoma.and easy to find off highway 101. .....Petaluma is a very old fashioned town with tons of great restaurants and gift and antique shops . It's also very close to the Pacific Ocean..about 20 miles..and about 45 miles north of San Francisco. there are lots of great motels and other places to stay..but if you're thinking of coming, make reservations early..We have more and more out-of--towners each year...

Halloween & Vine ... the history
You know,it all began about 10 years ago when a small group of friends decided to have a halloween party/show. Just a few of us at a winery in Napa, California. We had lots of candy..showed horror movies like "the red dress that squeezed sluts to death when they were bad" and "The thing that ate Cleveland". We just laughed all day and about 35 people came to see us. we did actually sell some pieces too ...
It went on that way for a few years, we invited other Halloween loving artists to join us and more and more people came..
Then we decided to make it a real show and invited 10 really good artists that we had come to know and admire and Halloween and Vine grew up and became a little more professional...
When Scott joined our 3some, we really hit our stride... and our 2006 show was visited by over 500 people and it just keeps getting bigger. this year was the biggest and the best..Over 960 people attended . Many of the artists were sold out in the 1st hour of the show..! WOW!
We still love halloween and getting together and now there really is something very special for our customers to come to. Many make it a mini vacation with so much to see and do in Sonoma and Napa counties...please come and see us...
