Chiko is the man..he was very smart and Willie..part terrier part English Springer Spaniel... Her sister sent me a picture and I made up the "is the man" part and I framed it for her and made it part of the whole gift.It was a birthday surprise. He is Barbara's very 1st personal dog and she really loved it.
